Exterior
When comparing the C-Class Semi to the C-Class Touring, you'll notice the differences straight away.
Whilst still featuring the smooth composite wall paneling and high front and side checkerplating, the Semi
Off-Road model has a wedge-shaped front, longer A-Frame with a large checkerplate toolbox, and higher ground clearance.
All In all, the C-Class Semi is a sleek and classy looking Semi Off-Road van.
Interior
Like it's other C-Class cousins, full CNC-manufactured solid ply furniture gives the C-Class Semi a modern & contemporary finish. Interior space is fully utilised with large overhead cupboards and full-size Soft-Close drawers on smooth runners.
With the tasteful use of LED mood lighting and the all-new colour range, the C-Class Semi offers comfort and luxury.
Chassis
Riding on an Australian-built steel 6"chassis, the C-Class Semi Off-Road has a strong foundation. Extra strength is provided by the 6" Heavy Duty A-Frame which extends all the way back to the suspension mounts.
Combine that with the 'tried and proven' Alpha Independent Coil, Shock & Trailing Arm Suspension,
All Terrain tyres and folded side checkerplate protection, increased freedom and flexibility can be enjoyed while travelling around Australia.
Electrical & Plumbing
C-Class Semi Off-Road models are equipped with a minimum of dual batteries and nearly 400watts of solar on the roof, allowing you to go off-grid. Monitoring of battery, power and water supply is conveniently done through the on-board Trek digital display.
Add to all of that the standard inclusion of a large Grey Water Tank and checkerplate tank protection to all tanks, those normally 'out of the way' destinations are achievable. Conveniences such as Full Gas/Electric Oven, Quality Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning and drinking water filtration are just some of the many conveniences & comforts to enjoy.

Essential Off Road and Semi Off Road range of caravans and also including ‘Upgraded Independent Suspension Touring caravans, have been designed and constructed to give added strength and ground clearance, For limited unsealed road usage. Gas venting regulations and other construction restraints limit the effectiveness of these caravans against dust and water penetration. Under no circumstances should these caravans be exposed to water crossings at, or above, body floor level. Essential Caravans strongly recommend towing at a safe speed according to travel conditions with extra care and attention required on uneven surfaces. Essential Caravans off-road caravans are not designed for hard impact or heavy landings or severely rutted roads or tracks. C-Class Semi Off Road and Off Road Models are not designed for any surface other than sealed or graded gravel and graded dirt roads. Under no circumstances are Semi Off Road models to be taken over severe corrugations or rutted roads. Off Road and Semi Off Road Essential Caravans are not designed for use on ‘Four Wheel Drive Only’ tracks under any circumstances.
